I’m so happy with the necklace, I’m really impressed with how it turned out from the colour to being able to see the ashes, the engravement is perfect I couldn’t ask for anything better. Would also like to thank Matt for how helpful he was during the process, there was problems on my end with the ashes and he tried to help solve the issues the best that he could. I Would recommend featherlings to anyone looking for a beautiful product to have your loved ones close.

I am absolutely over the moon with my charm. It looks even more beautiful in real life and it’s the perfect charm for my sweet boys ashes. Adopted at 3 years old, he became my soul cat for the 10 years we had together. We were definitely meant to find each other. He couldn’t settle with two previous families but the bond was instant with us.

From the beginning of my order for my precious ashes charm until I received it was perfect.
I spoke to Matt on the telephone to ask a few questions, which he answered . He was very helpful .
I also emailed which was always answered promptly.
The whole process was great & I definitely recommend featherlings to take care of your precious ashes.

After loosing my baby cat Ned, i wanted to get a piece of jewellery to keep him close to me, so i contacted Matt to make a ring for me. Matt was so friendly and helpful and when the original ring design wasn’t available Matt sent me over some photos of other ones he had in my size and it was even more beautiful then the one i originally picked. Deciding on what to get to honour my dog was the hardest decision but Matt made everything easy. The whole process was seamless and easy. The ring is beautiful and just what I wanted. Thank you doesn’t seem enough! I will wear the ring with pride and it is a fitting tribute to my little boy. I will always have fond memories and can now keep my little boy with me forever.

I received my ring in superfast time. I dropped my husbands ashes off to Mtt on Monday morning and I received my ring through the pist on Thursday. I am more than pleased with the ring and would recommend Matt and his business to everyone. Brilliant customer service and very friendly.

Bought 3x ashes charms over a year ago. Unfortunately one of them lost the ashes. Got in touch with featherlings. Matt and Hannah were super helpful. Sent the charm for repair and it came back good as new. They also offered to check and clean the other charms. To top it off it was all free of charge as they take pride in their work. Have recommended featherlings to friends and family and they have also been super impressed with the service and quality of the work. Will happily use and recommend feathering to anyone.
