Ordering Ashes Jewellery
Once you have placed your order, I will send you a postal kit with everything you need
- Delivered in 1-2 working days
- Tracked48 postage back to me included
- I'll let you know when it arrives
- Fully tracked for peace of mind
Only a small amount of ashes is needed for each piece. Any unused ashes are returned with your finished jewellery. If you have very little available, contact me before ordering.
Step 1
Place your order
Once you’ve placed your order, i’ll send you a free postal kit, usually the next working day.
Please allow a couple of working days for it to arrive.
Step 2
Send in postal kit
Drop off at the post office, or you can arrange for Royal Mail to collect FREE of charge and fully tracked
This will take 1-2 days to arrive.
Step 3
Allow approximately 14 days
Once I receive your filled postal kit, I’ll get to work creating your piece. I will also drop you an email once it arrives

All of our memorial/photo jewellery is made from .925 Sterling Silver. Any charms that then have rose gold detailing will be 18ct Rose Gold. Charms that have gemstones i.e Sapphire or CZ will be noted in the description!

I am based in Portsmouth UK. All of my orders are hand finished by me in house and posted as soon as possible with the Royal Mail. You can be assured you are buying local from the UK!

It's best to check each listing individually, but every jewellery order comes gift wrapped in a pouch and box. Some orders including pendants and bracelets may also come with an extra gift bag
