Personalised Products

At Featherlings, we specialize in crafting personalised products with engravings, photos, ashes, handwriting, dried flowers, and more. These items are made to order and are subject to our Return Policy.

Note: Personalised items require special care. To maintain their quality, avoid contact with substances like fake tanning solutions and chlorine from swimming pools.

Ordering and Payment

Place your orders online, over the phone, or in-store. Payment is due at the time of the order, and we accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Shipping and Delivery

• Non-Personalised Products: Orders placed before midday on weekdays are generally shipped the same day.

• Personalised Products: Allow 1-2 days for items with engravings or photos. For products made with ashes or dried flowers, the production time is approximately 10 working days from the date we receive the materials.

We primarily use Royal Mail for shipping within the UK. For international orders, shipping times and import taxes may vary.

Warranty and Returns

Every Featherlings item is covered by a 365-day warranty from the date it is delivered. This covers manufacturing and workmanship faults that were present when the item was supplied. It does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, loss, unauthorised alterations or damage caused by catching, pulling, impact or pressure.

If something happens after the 365-day warranty has ended, please still contact me. I will always look at the circumstances and, wherever reasonably possible, offer a repair, replacement or alternative. Charges and postage may apply. Any assistance offered outside the warranty is provided as a gesture of goodwill and does not mean that the original item was faulty.
