Still haven't given the cufflinks to my better half as they're a wedding gift. Having his dad with him is all he ever wanted on our big day and this way he can be. Absolutely stunning and great communication from featherlings. I'd highly recommend if anyone is thinking about using ashes in jewellery.
had a ring made with my Dads ashes who passed away last October. I am very pleased with my beautiful ring. I would certainly use them again as they made the process very easy with the fact everything is still so upsetting. My ring has given me a bit of comfort knowing I have part of my Dad with me everyday. Thank you Featherlings.
I having nothing bad to say about featherlings. I used the online chat before ordering just to clarify a few things about my order, it was so quick and easy and they were more than happy to accommodate my wishes and answer my questions. It was very reassuring to be updated when the hair i'd sent had arrived. The charm itself is beautiful and means so much to my mum, who I purchased it for. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.
Bought the white as obviously wanted to see hair which is supposed to be “entwined” around the ring. What arrived was hideous to say the least!! Not one single hair in sight and the ring was so light and tacky it looked like something from a Christmas cracker! Emailed, txted and call trying yo explain but no reply! Eventually spoke to the most rude arrogant man called Matt who said he was not happy I’d described it as looking/feeling like something from a Christmas cracker.He proceeded to speak to me in a aggressive manner and when I said I wanted a refund he shouted Merry Christmas and hung up the phone. So unless you are sure you are going to like this DONT buy it as there is not a hair in site of the ring! Thankfully I had paid through PayPal who decided in my favour and they have now refunded me. Worst customer service I have ever received from a top off company. Don’t waste your money or time go elsewhere.
Absolute disgusting product and the same disgusting man Matt. Ordered a ring with my granddaughters first curl. What arrived was an unbelievable piece of trash! I can’t begin to say how devastated I was receiving this LUCKY BAG RING! NO hair visible whatsoever! Ring was as light as a feather and looked cheap and tacky. I’d bought this for a 60th birthday present for myself and was horrified at what I received for £153.90! I txt and emailed with no response. I called several times also with no response. I eventually got hold of “Matt” and tried to explain my disappointment. He was unbelievably rude and started raising his voice saying it was because I referred to it as something from a Christmas cracker in one of my emails when I said I wanted a refund. He then shouted Merry Christmas and hung up! Thank god I’d paid through PayPal who investigated. He had up until 16.00 today to issue me with a refund after I had sent it back special delivery and he received it on the 3rd January. This cos me just under £10. Still NOTHING from this rude awful seller. Called PayPal and they today issued me with a full refund.They found in my favour. Now I think if you have any jewellery from this sham of a company and have no issues he will be lovely HOWEVER if you have an issue you will see a very different side to this man. Avoid this company or be prepared to go through what I have. I can not stress enough you would get something similar from a Christmas cracker. Cheap tacky rubbish.

I received my ring and earrings from featherlings on Christmas Eve. They are perfect. I felt like I had my brother with me for Christmas. Matt was amazing at keeping me updated with the progress of these and was very honest in the detail of my ring where the ashes would not polish up but when I received it, unless you was really looking you couldn’t see this. The ring and the earrings are very special. Would highly recommend ordering from feathering’s again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful ashes ring with red stone ordered just before Christmas. Prompt, efficient, caring service from start to finish, I even received my ring before Christmas! The ring itself is absolutely gorgeous and I’ve had many compliments.
Great service and communication between myself and Matt. The parcel containing 3 key-rings arrived swiftly in smart packaging.
The writing on the keyring was not as big or clear as on the advertisement, not very deeply engraved and very hard to see and read. The keyring scratched very easily so I was a little disappointed as they were presents.

Ordered a charm with my husbands ashes for my mother in law. The charm itself is beautiful, lovely to receive the little bottle of leftover material made from his ashes. I can tell his ashes were dealt with with love and respect 💙

The quality is so good. The speed of which you receive your jewellery is so much better than any other company out there which after a bereavement is heart warming.
