I received my ring and earrings from featherlings on Christmas Eve. They are perfect. I felt like I had my brother with me for Christmas. Matt was amazing at keeping me updated with the progress of these and was very honest in the detail of my ring where the ashes would not polish up but when I received it, unless you was really looking you couldn’t see this. I was looking for something to give my mum after losing my Stepdad in August. Other companies wanted as much as £800 its almost like other companies want to extort people grief and desperation to have a part of their loved one, so finding featherlings was a god send. The opportunity to get something so personal and not pay a fortune was amazing, and i was so impressed with the respect that this wonderful company treated the entire process with each communication and parcel. Finding Featherlings was easy, and there was plenty of parking. We met Matt, the owner, who was very down-to-earth and made us feel incredibly welcome. The whole process was great – we didn’t feel rushed when picking our chains, and it was lovely to hear his story about how the company came about!
If you’re like us and have read some of the less positive reviews, please don’t let that stop you from going. It’s been almost a week since we got our forever bracelets, and despite both of us working demanding jobs, our bracelets are still just as shiny as when we left!
We will definitely be going back in the new year for more permanent jewellery and will be recommending Featherlings to friends and family who want something truly memorable!

I wanted to get a photo necklace in memory of my dearly loved cat who passed away a few months ago. I had bought a couple of necklaces from other sites and was disappointed with them when they came. I thought I would give featherlings a try and I'm so glad I did. It's absolutely beautiful. Both the photo and the engraving are done to a very high standard. I had it in rose gold and I love it so much I'm going to order one in silver. Well recommended.

Great service and communication between myself and Matt. The parcel containing 3 key-rings arrived swiftly in smart packaging.
The writing on the keyring was not as big or clear as on the advertisement, not very deeply engraved and very hard to see and read. The keyring scratched very easily so I was a little disappointed as they were presents.
