My fur-babys ashes were treated with the utmost care and respect. The service was excellent and incredibly quick. I felt reassured knowing everything was handled so thoughtfully, and I absolutely love my charm. It means so much to have me baby close to me again and able to go everywhere with me.
I absolutely love this little heart, I bought 2, one for my sister and one for myself, I used my own handwriting to make it more personal, which has come out so clear and sharp.
The service was excellent, I only left Matt a short window as I needed it for a last minute gift and although it was very tight it arrived as promised. The whole process was easy and you are kept informed by email at what stage its at, sending the ashes bag and returning the ashes, the communication regarding what I wanted on the heart was helpful and replies were always prompt. Thank you Matt for a lovely piece and beautiful keepsake.
The only mistake is mine, because of the choice of item, I bought the charm for a necklace, unfortunately the weight distribution of the heart means its continually flipping over so that the colour is on the inside and the writing shows upside down. This charm is purely for a bracelet, and although it does say this in the description, I seemed to have bypassed that somehow.

After loosing my little baby cat Ned, i reached out to matt to make me a ring with his ashes in it. Matt let me know very quickly that the ring i ordered wasn’t available in my size so sent me some other designs that he had and if i liked them he could make it straight away and send it the next day. Product was good. Communication poor. I paid extra postage for faster delivery. The ring hadn't arrived so I contacted the company to be told that the ring wasn't available in my size, and hadn't as I'd been previously informed been being worked on. I was left believing this for 2 weeks and have no idea how long I'd have been left in limbo. I chose a smaller size just to complete the transaction
The extra postage cost was not refunded. It's a shame because item is fine, a simple email would have eliminated additional stress not needed at this time.

I’m so happy with the necklace, I’m really impressed with how it turned out from the colour to being able to see the ashes, the engravement is perfect I couldn’t ask for anything better. I am absolutely over the moon with my charm. It looks even more beautiful in real life and it’s the perfect charm for my sweet boys ashes. Adopted at 3 years old, he became my soul cat for the 10 years we had together. We were definitely meant to find each other. He couldn’t settle with two previous families but the bond was instant with us.
