Once you order, I’ll send a secure ashes collection kit with a simple step-by-step guide. Place about a teaspoon of ashes per piece in the pot, fill out your details and post it back to me using prepaid, fully tracked postage.

The jewellery has been tested for normal everyday wear, but avoiding unnecessary exposure to water and chemicals will help preserve its finish. Remove it before swimming and avoid bleach, hair colour, fake tan and strong cleaning products.

I recently had a pet ashes charm made and I am really pleased with the quality of the charm and the detail in the inscription. The service was very friendly and compassionate. The instructions for sending the ashes were very clear and easy to follow. It was a little slow between them receiving the ashes and the charm being sent back (had to chase up after 10 days) but I can't fault the bracelet-charm, nor the straightforward and professional service received.
