Once you order, we’ll send a secure ashes collection kit with a simple step-by-step guide. Just place about a teaspoon of ashes per Adult Starter Bracelet in the pot, fill out your details and post it back to us prepaid and fully tracked.

I normally need around 10 working days from when your ashes arrive. From there postage back to you is normally a couple of days. If you need it faster, or have a special date in mind, you can choose delivery options at the end of the checkout.
