I had ordered my mum the ‘Son photo charm’ for her birthday. From the minute I put in my order I was emailed and texted regarding my order. I had been sent a proof of what the charm would look like. Once I had agreed on the proof the charm arrived the following week. I absolutely love it! The charm itself is very well made. Comes in a beautiful drawstring bag and gift box. Can not recommend this company enough for this item. My mums birthday is next week and I can not wait for her to see her gift, she will love it I’m sure just as much as I do. Thank you!

I originally put in an order, and then changed my mine, & requested a cancellation, but I received a lovely email to ask why I wanted to cancel, I explained & the necessary adjustments, I wanted, was completed, due to my new design, it was slightly more in price, but once again, a link was provided safely, to pay the difference.
