Once you order, I’ll send a secure ashes collection kit with a simple step-by-step guide. Place about a teaspoon of ashes per piece in the pot, fill out your details and post it back to me using prepaid, fully tracked postage.

The jewellery has been tested for normal everyday wear, but avoiding unnecessary exposure to water and chemicals will help preserve its finish. Remove it before swimming and avoid bleach, hair colour, fake tan and strong cleaning products.

I ordered the mum heart pendant as a gift for my mum's birthday as it was going to be my mum's first birthday without my grandma. Unfortunately after mum wearing it for a while it got damaged. I reached out to the team asking if I could fix it myself without causing damage to the piece, everyone I spoke to were absolutely fantastic, they kindly offered to replace the piece which I wasn't expecting (this time, in my opinion, upgraded as the piece would include grans handwriting alongside her ashes) honestly blown away by the kindness and understanding offered by this company. Have used them for a piece containing my dad's ashes and recommended to my Fiancé to get a piece for his mum from them which he did... genuinely would not think twice to use Featherlings in the future as I have always had fantastic service, and beautiful quality pieces that do justice to my loved ones who are no longer here.
