All my sterling silver charms are made in the UK from .925 grade sterling silver; they are hand finished by us with a waterproof enamel resin to protect the photo and keep it as perfect as the day it was taken.
All of my sterling silver charms come gift wrapped in a soft satin pouch and a boutique bag, we even add a silver polishing cloth to make it easy to keep the charm pristine. All our charms are compatible with the main European brands of Pandora, Chamilia and Lovelinks.
Once the charm has been completed, which usually takes 1 - 2 days will then be posted using the option you choose at the end of the checkout. You can check delivery dates at the top of the product page, and confirm the date chosen when you pay.

I've received my charm today I ordered last Wednesday. Thank you so much, its fabulous!!
