I bought the diamond star locket for my Auntie’s birthday. I must say that the product was beautiful, and turned out very similar to the preview which I received in an email. I would also like to say that I have not had the pleasure of receiving such genuine and thoughtful customer service in a long time. Matt was both personable and practical, offering to include a personalised birthday card free of charge and ensuring I knew exactly when the product was going to be delivered, even with the adverse weather conditions. My Auntie was over the moon with the present, and I was very happy with the service. Would recommend to a friend and will probably be using this website again.
Bought 2 of these for my daughter and niece who are 18 in a few weeks.
