All photo charms are water proof and come gift boxed with a free polishing cloth.

Haven’t received my delivery so don’t understand why you are asking for a review it was meant to be delivered on the 30th now the 10th

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, but we haven't heard back from you since checking the address? We can see from the GPS that it was scanned at your address and a name was taken when it was handed over, it was of course insured etc too so we will put a claim in with Royal Mail. Because of the service we used and the value of it, I expect they will send someone out from the local delivery office (usually the same postman whos round it was originally) - If someone else near the address has taken it and given your name then it is theft that needs to be dealt with accordingly. Will file the claim today and get back to you as soon as I hear anything
