Once you order, I’ll send a secure ashes collection kit with a simple step-by-step guide. Place about a teaspoon of ashes per piece in the pot, fill out your details and post it back to me using prepaid, fully tracked postage.

The jewellery has been tested for normal everyday wear, but avoiding unnecessary exposure to water and chemicals will help preserve its finish. Remove it before swimming and avoid bleach, hair colour, fake tan and strong cleaning products.

I ordered the Claddagh Ashes Ring online from Featherlings, it was easy to order and instructions were clear and concise. Communication emails were great with relevant information for each stage of the process. I received the ashes kit promptly, again with clear instructions within. I sent my mums ashes in the container provided by Matt, filled out the relevant information that he needed and sent it back using the prepaid envelope/bag. I received an email when Matt had received my mums ashes and a further email to inform me that my finished piece was on it's way to me. My claddagh ring, a bottle keepsake and the remaining of mums ashes were all sent back together in a lovely box; it all looked like it had been handled in a respectful manner; and what can I say, I love my Claddagh ring, I think it's beautiful.
