I ordered some cufflinks with my Dad's ashes as a gift for my brothers wedding day. I was unfortunately not 100% happy with the colour (I take responsibility for this, as in hindsight I should have emailed after ordering to ensure I got exactly what I envisioned, as I am very anal when it comes to things of sentimental value) anyway, I contacted straight away and Matt replied quickly and offered to remake them for me. But Matt dealt with me with nothing but pure compassion and sincerity. It is extremely clear that he really cares about what he is creating and the value behind them! I received the remade cufflinks today and I could not be more over the moon if I tried, they are just wonderful, they really capture the colour of my Dads eyes beautifully!!!
