• Depending on the hair itself, it can be quite hard to see inside the item, just something to bear in mind.

• A small pinch of hair around an inch long will be fine per piece ordered

• We will send you a postal kit with everything you need!

• Postal kits are free with your order, even the postage back to us is fully tracked and included!

• We ask for one teaspoon per piece, however this can usually make more than one piece. Any left over would be returned with your order.

• One of the little pots in our ashes kit could make 3-4 pieces

• All ashes memorial orders are sent back to you using either Royal Mail 24 Signed for, Royal Mail Tracked or similar

• We aim to get your ashes memorial products back to you within around 10 working days of receiving your loved ones ashes. You can choose a faster delivery option at the end of the checkout

• Please note though that these are aims and not gaurantees. If you have a special date in mind, please let us know when you place your order!

• If your order is particularly large, we may take a little longer than we normally would to get it back to you

• When you have placed your order, you can send us a teaspoon of your loved ones ashes too
