'Grandma' Pandora Compatible Personalised Photo Charm features your photo on the front and "Grandma" engraved on the back. Made from 925 silver, it fits Pandora, Lovelinks, and Chamilia bracelets.
Each charm arrives in a satin pouch and gift box, ready for gifting, and includes a silver polishing cloth. Photo charms are waterproof and creating it takes 1-2 days, with UK delivery in 1-3 days. Choose your delivery option at checkout. You can find the ashes version of this grandma charm here

This company has AMAZING customer service! I reached out prior to ordering to ensure my picture would work. I got a very quick reply and proof using my picture. The charm arrived quickly and is absolutely perfect! It is a little smaller than I was expecting, but perfect none the less! I can't wait to give it to my mom and see it on her Pandora bracelet!
Incorrect charm initially posted, but excellent response and issue resolved immediately with replacement sent.

I previously bought a charm for my mum with my nieces picture in it so when I had my little boy a month ago I knew exactly what I was getting my her for Christmas and it's just perfect! Great quality charms, pictures are small but clear and amazing customer service which is hard to find nowadays.

Due to the effects of Coronavirus, there are serious international delays. Unfortunately, the estimated delivery given by Etsy does not take into account anything that may cause delay. I can confirm your order is with USPS and already in the USA so it is well out of our hands and we would have to wait for them before we can chase anything up further.

I wanted a grandma charm for my mums Pandora bracelet but was disappointed with the one from Pandora. I did some searching on the internet and came across your website. I love that it can be personalised with a picture and can’t wait for my mum to open it for Christmas! The quality is great and I didn’t think it was that expensive either! I would definitely recommend and hope to buy from your website in the future!

I have not yet received my order. Tracking shows returned to sender but I was told you guys never received it. Communication and customer service with you has been poor and not helpful. I have to reach out multiple times to have my emails responded to. No solution has been reached or even suggested.

We have emailed back many times to explain the same thing, the address given was incorrect and so the US postal service couldn't deliver and have now returned your order. We are waiting for it to come back. Once back, it can be posted to your correct address

We were delighted when we received the Charm and so impressed our selected picture was able to be used. I wasn’t sure it it would.
Our son gave it to his Grandma Wednesday and she absolutely loved it.
