I ordered some cufflinks with my Dad's ashes as a gift for my brothers wedding day. I was unfortunately not 100% happy with the colour (I take responsibility for this, as in hindsight I should have emailed after ordering to ensure I got exactly what I envisioned, as I am very anal when it comes to things of sentimental value) anyway, I contacted straight away and Matt replied quickly and offered to remake them for me.
