Once you order, I’ll send a secure ashes collection kit with a simple step-by-step guide. Place about a teaspoon of ashes per piece in the pot, fill out your details and post it back to me using prepaid, fully tracked postage.

The jewellery has been tested for normal everyday wear, but avoiding unnecessary exposure to water and chemicals will help preserve its finish. Remove it before swimming and avoid bleach, hair colour, fake tan and strong cleaning products.

The heart charm is with me 24/7 but I keep the glass charm for my other bracelet (special occasions) as do not want to risk damaging it in any way.
