Every order includes a free postal kit with prepaid tracked return postage. I return any unused inclusions and usually make your earrings within about 14 days of receiving them.
Only a small amount of ashes is needed for each piece. Any unused ashes are returned with your finished jewellery. If you have very little available, contact me before ordering.

Can you use hair or fur as well as ashes?
Yes. Most designs can be made with ashes, hair or fur from a person or pet.
How much do you need for pair of ashes earrings?
Only a small amount of ashes is needed for each piece. Any unused ashes are returned with your finished jewellery. If you have very little available, contact me before ordering.
Can the inclusion be visible or hidden?
Yes, on most designs. You can show the ashes, hair or fur within the colour or keep the inclusion discreetly hidden.
How do I send ashes, hair or fur safely?
After you order, I send a free postal kit with instructions and prepaid tracked postage back to my Portsmouth workshop.
What happens to anything you do not use?
Anything unused is returned with your finished jewellery. I also include a small glass keepsake containing a little of the inclusion.
