Once you order, I’ll send a secure ashes collection kit with a simple step-by-step guide. Place about a teaspoon of ashes per piece in the pot, fill out your details and post it back to me using prepaid, fully tracked postage.

The jewellery has been tested for normal everyday wear, but avoiding unnecessary exposure to water and chemicals will help preserve its finish. Remove it before swimming and avoid bleach, hair colour, fake tan and strong cleaning products.

The most amazing, beautiful and precious bit of jewellery I own! The dignity shown by the sellers was also perfect, I had the ashes unused, aswell as the mixture unsused with ashes in sent back, as they don't feel this should be thrown (rightly so) plus the little certificate and note in the box made it such an emotional package to unwrap, but also the most perfect package to unwrap. I want to thank all the staff in bringing a little bit of my nan & her comfort back to me. This company were one of the cheapest for ashes jewellery, which made me sceptical, but I read many reviews and honestly couldn't fault them, or the charm. Arrived in time expected as well.
