How much ash is needed?

Only a small amount is required. The kit includes instructions and a labelled bag, so please do not send all the ashes in your possession. Anything I do not use is returned with the finished charm.

How do I send ashes?

After you order, I send a free kit containing a labelled bag, instructions and prepaid tracked return postage to my Portsmouth workshop. Please wait for the kit rather than sending the ashes separately.

Can hair, fur or feathers be included?

Depending on the design, ashes can be combined with fine hair, fur, feather fibres or carefully dried flowers. Contact me before ordering if you want to use more than one inclusion or have an unusual material.

Can I choose the colour?

Many resin memorial designs offer a choice of background colour. Colour can complement the inclusion, represent a favourite shade or carry a personal meaning.

Can an ashes charm be worn on a necklace?
