• I will send you a postal kit with everything you need! Usually dispatched the next working day, and takes a couple of days to arrive

• Postal kits are free with your order, even the postage back to us is fully tracked and included!

• All breast milk jewellery orders are sent back to you using either Royal Mail Tracked24 or Tracked48 depending on what you choose at the checkout.

• We aim to get your breast milk jewellery back to you within around 10 working days of receiving your postal kit back. You can choose a faster delivery option at the end of the checkout

• Please note though that these are aims and not gaurantees. If you have a special date in mind, please let us know when you place your order!

• If your order is particularly large, we may take a little longer than we normally would to get it back to you

• One kit could make 3-4 pieces

• We require a small amount of breast milk, typically around 4ml in the special kit we send would be enough to make 3 - 4 jewellery pieces.

• If you don't know your ring size, you can order and choose 'I don't know' and I will send you a free ring sizer with your postal kit.
